Veal Meat in Milk

Take this ingredients:

800 g (28.2 oz) of veal meat, cut in cubes,

80 g    (2.82 oz) piles walnuts,

400 ml (13.5 us fl oz  )milk,

4-5 leaves of sage,

60 g (2.1 oz) of flour,

Garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Mix the flour, the sage, the garlic,  walnuts and some pepper. The meat should be fried in oil until it gets nice color. Add the salt and mix and overflow it with milk. Cook it for 20 minutes on low fire. Serve it hot, with a potato salad and a glass of wine.
