Yet many people don’t get the point of this.  Here we offer you a receipt made only of whole grain cereals. The basis of health, nice shape, good mood, fit shape depends on the shape of our functional health. The bad digestion impacts on your functional health. The nice digestion understands regular food degradation and absorption of the nutritive ingredients as well as throwing away all the harmful and not-necessary wastes. 3.5 oz (100 gr) of oat  flakes which are grinded and mashed, then
3.5 oz (100 gr) of oat bran,
3.5 oz (100 gr) of oat germs,
3.5 oz (100 gr) of grinded flax, then
1.7 oz (50 gr) of grinded sesame (not fried),
1.7 oz (50 gr) of grinded pumpkin seeds (also not fried),
1.7 oz (50 gr) of grinded almond (once again not fried),
1.7 oz (50 gr) of grinded sunflower seeds (also not fried) and
1.7 oz (50 gr) of cinnamon (you might also add  wheat germs and bran and buckwheat bran in case you have such).


All these ingredients can be found in almost biggest number of well-supplied supermarkets. Even though you can’t find some of the listed ingredients, you won’t mistake since this mixture is consisted of a bunch of beneficial components, and don’t get discouraged in case you can’t find some of these substances. All these components must be prepared and grinded if necessary.

Preparation:

The mixture must be stirred well. Each day for breakfast put 2-3 soup spoon of this mixture into a cup along with the milk. Eat (drink, more precisely, since the mass is liquid and the same doesn’t need to be munched) this mass as soon as possible since the herbal fibers are like sponge in the stomach-the same will absorb the liquid 5 times more of its weight and lots of toxins and other harmful material with it. These fibers act as a strongly efficient cleaning brush and acceleration of the intestines functioning, too.
