Swelling of the Liver

1. In case of swelling of the liver, eat green (fresh) artichoke every day.
2. Grind a rhubarb, take a hundred grams of it and cook it with one kilo of honey. Then you add fifty grams of minced rose-hip and cook it well. Take one teaspoon after every meal.

3.Grind a hundred grams of madder (woodruff) with a hundred grams of mint and all that is cooked in two kilos of honey. Take one spoon in the morning and evening.
