Cherry & Coconut Biscuit

In order to prepare this receipt of cherry and coconut, you must take the following ingredients:
250 g (8.8 oz) of butter,
200 g (7 oz) of sugar,
1 vanilla sugar,
some salt,
5 spoons of milk,
200 g (7 oz) of flour,
100 g (3.5 oz)of corn starch and
2 small spoons of baking powder (pastry powder) for the batter.

For the glaze you will need
150 g (5.3 oz) of butter,
150 g (5.3 oz) of sugar,
2 spoons of honey,
200 g (7 oz) coconut flour,
6 spoons of milk and
400 g (14 oz) of cherries without seeds.

As the preparation is concerned, first start by mixing all the ingredients for biscuit into one mass. Then put it into some bowl for baking, previously rubbed with some oil. Put the cherries into line and add the glaze uniformly/smoothly. For preparation of the glaze you need to mix the butter, the sugar and the honey, the milk and the coconut in separate bowl these ingredients must be warmed and mixed until they don’t get thick. Bake them for 30 minutes at 200ºC  (392.00ºF). You can sprinkle them with some coconut before serving. Serve them hot or cold.
