Previous studies have also resulted in significant pain reduction for both male and female arthritis sufferers, after just a few weeks of drinking one or two glasses of cherry juice each day.

By carrying out comparison tests, medical investigators have found cherry juice to be just as effective in reducing inflammation. It is even more effective than some types of medication normally prescribed for arthritis.
