1. Blueberries

2. Oily fish
Most fatty fish such as salmon, trout, mackerel, sardines and fresh tuna contain protein, zinc, selenium, vitamins A and D and some B vitamins.
3. Avocado
Nearly two-thirds of the fat in avocados are monounsaturated  fat, which is a type of fat that helps lower   the level  of  LDL  or like we used to call a ‘bad’ cholesterol,  while maintaining or even increasing the level of HDL or good “cholesterol.
4. Nuts
Nuts include a multitude of nutrients including proteins, fiber, calcium, iron, selenium, magnesium, and vitamin E. Plus, most of the fats in nuts are healthy monounsaturated and polyunsaturated.
